Prison #epea17

Busy first day of the conference. I had a walk before the start and then meeting colleagues from across Europe. 

This afternoon we split into groups for prison visits. I went to Korneuberg, a court prison just outside Vienna - it was fascinating.

This evening we have a formal dinner in the Festsaal of the Federal Ministry of Justice. It should be wonderful but I can't help thinking that a disco nap would have helped; out again in 15 minutes.
