Talking of Retirement ....

.... is what S & L were doing when I met them coming the opposite way on our local walk. Ex-colleagues with late children have to keep working longer these days. How lucky we are to be free from external work as the summer gives way into the autumn colours before the long winter sets in. Today was so wet none of us expected to see anyone else in the brief but foggy respite we had this afternoon.
