Feeling a little better today, think the combination of new antibiotics and 2 mornings sitting on my terrace in the sunshine have been good for me.
Just being outside, feeling the warmth of the sun wIth a jug of water lightly flavoured with a couple of sprigs of freshly picked grapefruit mint has been very calming.
