Frogs

I acquired a book of poetry today. This poem caught my fancy.

We did go out in the woods today with the children. Golden, mild autumn. I walked with s child who needs a bit of help with walking. She did admirably, and had a wonderful time, avoiding all badger holes and other obstacles.

Afterwards, I went out at lunchtime but was in such a rush to buy a clock for work (yay! I finally bought it!) and to post a parcel that I didn't take photos. We took the children swimming and gave them a bit of a workout in the hydro pool. After they'd left for the day I had reports to write. Then I had to go and have a WEA meeting.

Is it any wonder that the other things on my to do list don't get done?
