On the path

Today feels almost 10 degrees warmer than yesterday - which was an icy hell. The sun was out (a bit) and the walk across the meadows was a delight.

In exciting news, my youngest, the aspiring actor has got his first professional job. His agency put him forward for a read through for a potential BBC show and he got it.

It never occurred to me that this would be a thing, but the BBC is considering a new show and the way they decide if they want to proceed is to get actors to come in and do a read through of the script for the producers to see if it works. So he gets paid for a day, and if it goes well and they decide to make it, who knows?
