Grasmere

Woke to find full cloud cover so decided on a leisurely start to the day.  Started cooking breakfast and noticed breaks in the cloud of Grasmere Village.  So like the last few days dashed out with cameras to capture images in front of us.  LandscapeGirl has a stunning image well worth looking at when she Blips.

After a while, we decided to go to the shore and see what image opportunities the cloud and near calm water would provide.

My Blip is one of the better captures.  Cloud and light can be fleeting.

Halloween saw me forget my memory card.  Today I came out with a nearly flat battery and no spare.  Will I ever learn!?

Later we walked to Rydal Mount and had the best chocolate cake ever. 

Now back at the cottage sore and tired.  LandscapeGirl aka Vanessa is just dishing a lovely microwave curry so will end today's Blip here.  Will add an extra or two later after Vanessa has Blipped
