Squeamish - look away NOW !

Liver - Love it or Loathe it ??

I ought  to loathe it - my lovely mum cooked it often - very hard and  way overdone - my brother has happy memories of cold liver sandwiches ;-(
Well I have had it cooked properly so when I was shopping yesterday I was tempted to have a go !!
Result - very tasty but bit overdone !More practise needed .;-)
( Oh yes M - used lots of pots and pans - much washing up !!)
