The ferry ............

This is one of the Mersey Ferries that sails between Manchester and Liverpool. We live right on the banks of the Manchester Ship Canal and see these trippers go by regularly . We did the journey ourselves many years ago, and it is very interesting. It takes a full day to complete , and does the journey in reverse the next day. We waved to them all yesterday on their way to Manchester. Today, these people were on their way up to Liverpool. A nice sunny day here after a very foggy start, we are off to sit in the garden and relax.
