Abrupt changes

Saturday was nice and fun with the family, totally different from today.
Mum had to take the ambulance to the emergency room, heart trouble. There was nothing wrong with the mood, when she told the doctor: "Today I have felt like ninety!" She celebrated eighty-nine this summer.
