Guilty Pleasure

Igor and I discussed today's Mono Monday topic over breakfast this morning (who doesn't discuss the upcoming day's blip first thing ????). We talked about how difficult it would be. Not because we don't have any pleasures. We have lots of them. The trouble is we don't feel guilty about any of them!!!

However, yesterday I bought this knife. I've needed a new vegetable knife for a while. My old one wouldn't hold its sharpness any more. I looked at lots of them and this was the most expensive by a big margin. It is a pleasure to use. The best knife I've ever chopped with!!!

Did I feel guilty? Only a tiny bit and only for a second or two but it's the closest I can get to a guilty pleasure.
