Winter Walk

Had a run first thing this morning. 5 miles. I think the trekking did me good. My legs felt strong. Now I need to keep them strong.
Took the dogs for a nice walk this afternoon. No matter what the weather this place always looks lovely. I love it here. I don’t think I’ve ever been here and not taken a photo.
The shame of it is some youths seem to have found it and have left lots of rubbish about. I’m saying youths as I did see lads there a couple of times on my walks. I don’t blame anyone for enjoying the beauty of our surroundings but I really think rubbish should be taken away or it won’t stay beautiful.
Not really done much this afternoon apart from sit with feet up and read. Quite enjoyed today.
