The Exhibition

We went to the opening of the exhibition this afternoon and I was stunned at how many people were there.  My third place winner is featured in both of these photos and of course, the bottom image is me, taken by my husband.  When I looked at all the amazing photographs, I was amazed that I won anything at all. 

Afterwards, we had a nice dinner downtown at Founding Farmers, followed by a concert at the Kennedy Center of the Marinsky Orchestra and the incredible pianist Daniil Trifonov, who is only 26 years old and wrote his own piano concerto at age 24.  He performed it this evening.  Remember that name.
