A rubbish photo but it's the only chance I got today.
Ferrying Mum places she needed to go. First the dump then shops; looking in one, picking something but wanting to try shop No 2 in case it's better, then going back to shop No 1. Then another shop for a wander. Aaargh.

Everything is such an effort just now and my negative thoughts are over spilling to make them into actions. I want to stop and hide.
