Old Castle Lachlan

Just before we went for lunch at Inver today (for Cathleen's birthday) we took Rula for a walk along the path to Old Castle Lachlan. 

This has been renewed in recent years with a boardwalk for the most difficult parts as well as a bridge across the little river that runs into Loch Fyne.

It was a beautiful late Autumn morning with stunning colours and a reflective sheep, as my extra photo shows.

Inver, by the way, was better than ever.  Thank you Pam & Rob - we now look forward to dinner between Christmas and New Year!
