Pumpkin Patch 2012
We went to our first pumpkin patch of the season today. And while it was about an hour drive...it was well worth it. Miles and I started off the adventure by taking a barrell cart ride (pulled by a tractor) through the hay fields and corn fields. Miles was pretty nervous at first but quickly got excited about it. After that Miles and Dada went through the kids hay maze and sock-hop (big bouncy house). We refueled with donuts for mama and pumpkin bread for Mitch and Miles before heading to the petting zoo. The little goats and pigs could not have been more friendly and Miles thought it was so fun to pet them. We picked out some pumpkins, played in the kid's playground and took a hayride to finish off the trip. Miles was so exhausted by the time we went on the hayride that both Mitch and I got a lot of sweet snuggle time.
A perfect fall day.
