It's Cobra time!

My dear sweet husband really likes Cobras. Cars, that is. The other day I was browsing the calendar of events at the Arboretum in Los Angeles and came across this Cobra Showcasing event. So today I suggested we go there just to have a great day as a family and enjoy the nature and did not tell the boys what was going on there :) I think it was a pretty great surprise and both of them were very excited! One of the owners was so sweet and offered us to put Augustine in his car for a couple of shots, which we gladly accepted, of course. But as soon as he got in there he was so eager to touch all the buttons and switches that we had to get him out almost right away. I was sure I did not get a good shot of him in the car, but later looking through all the photos I found this little gem. I love that slightly mischievous expression. I just wish I had taken a photo of my husband, too, his was so jealous of this little guy :) It was a pretty fantastic afternoon enjoying the cars, the fountains & waterfalls, watching fish and turtles and peacocks (roaming free within arm's reach!) Very lovely afternoon indeed.
