Ironing

Rowing was called off when I got there, because of freezing and tricky northwest wind and a couple of beginners.

I didn’t mind. Had a lovely cycle there and back, with a little diversion to see the boats etc. It looks warm, doesn’t it? I think it would have been one if those rowing days where I don’t warm up until the afternoon.

Off now to buy an iron. Totally necessary, and none of the usual excitement of a new purchase
