Calendula at Sunset

Out of town all day today; not much opportunity for blipping...

This evening as the pugs and I walked by, a volunteer canlundua plant basked in the warm, pleasant sunset light.

Cetainly it is a plant hero doing its best to beautify a dirt pile.
