Today was a long spoken and laughed about day, pairs yoga, booked when we both should have been too scared to book.

It was a fun couple of hours, lots of laughs, a few wobbles and both completed a headstand assisted by each other.

Who knew you could pull, push, stretch, support and lay your weight on someone you hardly know?
