Remembrance

Wherever I am, I normally try to observe Remembrance Day at 11:00 am. Some years I forget the time and the opportunity passes. This time I found myself in the middle of a shopping centre when the bugle sounded. Hundreds of people all around me stopped for a moment's silence. Later, this shot of a tree against a clear, eternal sky somehow seemed appropriate. Lest we forget.
