Skeletal....

....hydrangea. They sure do look pretty at ALL stages, even with their "bones" showing! 
I met two of my friends at 9 this morning for breakfast, and we never left the booth until 12:30! It's been awhile since we've gotten together and as usual we had a lot to catch up on---and as usual when the "work" stories came up, I was so happy that I don't have to deal with that anymore!
It was a good day to get together as it's cold and overcast, so much better to be cozy inside!  :))
