I struggled to sleep last night, so felt really sluggish today, and the weather did not lift my mood. I felt tearful and fragile this morning, but managed a supermarket trip in the rain and then home to make soup for dinner tonight. I had lunch and watched some rubbish television and dozed a little.
The weather improved a bit so I wandered up to my Dad's and chopped down a shrub, getting cold wet feet in the process. Then back home to have the veggie soup with Harry.
The only photo I took today was of the fridge identity to see if I can get spare parts.
