Armistice Day

After observing the 2 minute silence at 11am, I met my family for coffee and a quick bite to eat before I was a examiner at a pre-grading. It's a check to see if students are ready to take their black belt exam. We give them pointers on how to improve too. It was a good afternoon. I was wearing three poppies today, the bracelet and standard poppy, and I also had an enamel badge on my other lapel. I think it is so important to observe this day to honor the service men and women that have fought to keep Britain great. I always wear my poppies with pride.
