back blip. My flat buzzer is unremarkable in the following ways

1) I moved out of this flat at the end of August and it's stuff like this you miss
2) someone else once blipped it, one of the folk I subscribe to as well!! that was freaky
3) i can now tell you that I kinda sortof vandalised it a wee bit once. We had an issue with kids getting into the close so me and a mate (drunkenly) decided disabling the services button with a knife would sort this out. Instead it broke it. oops. and a new one eventually got installed. Overall though.. ne regretten .. council were going to charge £6k and take 8 months to fix it and the kids were getting pretty fiesty.
