Pacer

On the second Saturday of each month we have pacers at parkrun.
For the 5th time this year, I wore the 22 minute shirt, and got round under the limit.(Normally I like to get 21:5*, but I was a little bit too quick, today as I misjudged the final km and picked it up more than I realised.)

It was particularly pleasing to do the job today as in the whole of 2015 I only managed five sub-22s at all, so to think I can now help others to reach that target is very satisfying. Must try to be a bit more restrained in December.
