And don't forget - mince pies are stuffed full of fruit and are therefore a healthy addition to your diet. Should you feel unable to eat enough mince pies to stay healthy you can always take a little Stollen instead (or as well!). I think I might have to draw together all my health and diet tips and publish them; I might be the next Jane Fonda.
Some great news I heard last evening; Dotty will be running her famous mince pie tasting notes series on the Twitter again this year. The team will be testing products from a range of popular vendors and giving us the full low down on the product. They also rank the pies so as we get closer to Christmas we can make better informed purchasing decisions.
