The Vennel

Today's step count will mostly be taken in my new winter boots. I am very happy with them.  Their first outing was a circuit round the Meadows and along Lauriston Place, with a quick photo stop at the top of the steps to the Grassmarket. 

My boots and I will soon be walking across town to a house concert with another lovely Scottish musician, Ewan McLennan.
