Frustration

Not my original title. I'm uploading from my laptop tonight away from home. I did a restore point reset on it a couple of weeks ago and there is clearly something still seriously wrong. Two hours to upload and I finally uploaded not my first choice but one that was small in mb. I could have driven home and uploaded from my desk top in this time.
Defrag next and if that doesn't work fresh install of windows. Maybe Bruce and Caley could fix it.
My hunch is that the Norton Internet security application is choking the machine to death. It is virtually impossible to uninstall.
