Blast from the past

This afternoon some of us were clearing out the CU cupboard. We have a lot of stuff we don't need any more like hundreds of fliers for past events. But look at this little treasure we found! I was born in 1993!

This leaflet contains the CUs activities perfectly planned out for the whole year! It doesn't make our attempts to plan each week a couple of meetings ahead look so good but then again you need to take into account this was a time before Facebook - I know, hard to believe! - so this would have been how the exec got information out to everyone. But it's great to look back through old leaflets and see how the CU has proclaimed Christ on our campus through the years. And it is the same God who was guiding the CU back then who is revealing his plan to us now.
