NATURAL SURPRISE

My entry for the Abstract Thursday Challenge. Huge thanks to Ingeborg for hosting this fabulous challenge.
We travelled by several trains today. A pity the train from Rheine to Hamm was cancelled. But eventually there is always another train, and we reached Karlshafen in the dark, and in the cold of course.
Tired but satisfied we can have a rest now.
We listen to the ultimate stillness now. Going from the Randstad Holland to the Weserbergland the sounds diminish with every hundred kilometers.
And the grey skies in the west we left behind and saw the sun appear, till she went under.
