Day 313/17. Super Yachts in the Grand Harbour

2 super yachts in the Grand Harbour, Valletta today.
On the left is 'Indian Empress', one of the largest at 95 metres and with a crew of 33. She can accommodate 12 guests and is owned by Indian Vijay Mallya and built in 2000. 'Indian Princess' can be chartered for $750,000 a week and has one whole deck dedicated to the owners master suite that includes a gym, sauna and steam room.
On the right is 'Samar' at 77 metres a little smaller with a crew of 20 and space for 12 guests but with some impressive toys, including a Mini Cooper in a garage and a Bell 407 helicopter in a rear hangar. Rumoured to be Kuwaiti owned 'Samar' is available for charter at the bargain rate of $425,000 per week.
