There was no sun today but I found brightness in the back streets of Bowness. Yes, the couple did go inside after looking in the window. 

A morning of grocery shopping. First Booths and then the Co-op. Later, when I had planned my menus for the rest of the week (and into the next) I went off again to buy more veg. 

After a break of 4 months (during which time I considered instagram and other alternatives) I've restarted the mono journal. Do pop over and have a look. The only way I can do it is on a star and heart basis for those who visit ........ writing comments from there as well as here is just far too time consuming for me.
