Prep

The cloud rolled in overnight and it has been cold and cloudy today, only 7 degrees.  That didn't matter as there were jobs to do, a big shop and soup making as a friend is coming for lunch tomorrow. The squash is a sort of pumpkin that I have never found in the UK but it is wetter inside and has a stronger flavour.  The lamb is for an apricot and date lamb couscous for tonight.  I shall try playing badminton this evening and see how I get on playing on the hard concrete sports hall floor.
