Deliciousness

Traffic was AWFUL today, absolutely awful. Some guy annoyed me because I turned around to help a woman who was stuck and when I was pulling out of the alley he LAID on his horn and gave me a stare down. I was like huh? If you drive in the city you have to peek out a little and then stop so you can see if a car is coming - a little beep would have been fine (even though I was already stopped but just to make sure I didn't go), but this guy was excessive.

Driving stuff never gets to me, but I guess since I had been dealing with annoyances for the past 2 hours on the roads I was at wits end. It was ironic how he just keep driving and I stopped to help the lady. She was nice she even afforded to buy me a bottle of wine after she was out - I declined.

Went to the bank, suburbs for the bakery, then went to green zebra - some fancy vegetarian place. Watched some arrested development and a movie oh yeah and I jogged 3 miles.

Blip is of Chiara's birthday cake, it's a cannoli cake from her uncle's bakery - an absolute delicacy and they use this whip cream style of icing which is amazing. Anytime I give someone a slice of cannoli cake they're always so surprised how good it is and how they've never had it before. For whatever reason restaurants never have it (although they generally have a horrible rendition of a cannoli itself) and it seems you can only get them at italian bakeries, hmm.
