Perfect harmony

This evening we went to see Edgelarks (the artists formerly known as Phil Henry and Hannah Martin) performing at Applegarth Farm. It was our first time at this venue and it was really good, especially as you get a three course meal too. Phil and Hannah did a set both before and after the dessert and they were amazing as always. They are very talented singer/song-writers and multi-instrumentalists. Phil specialises in a variety of slide guitars (including a 22-string one) and harmonicas (pictured). A late night for a school night but well worth it.

In other news, Ronnie the Corsa went off to the scrap yard today. I found out that there’s an organisation who make the arrangements for you if you donate the proceeds to a charity of your choice so I used them and everyone’s a winner. I was sad to see Ronnie go but also pleased to see a bit of extra space outside our house again.
