Wet weather gear

A lovely sky last night, the merry dancers (northern lights) were shimmering away when I took Ollie out last thing.  Mike and I stood outside watching them until the cold drove us back in!  Sadly my photos were pathetic, I need to get to grips with my camera settings before the next time they appear.

The big day today, three crowns fitted to my back teeth.  Long overdue.  For years I have been putting it off and just getting them filled and refilled, but now I have bitten the bullet!  Probably what broke them in the first place, that or crunching Black Bullets as a child!  Does anyone else remember Ferguson's Assorted Boilings?  They were a favourite on long journeys, us five kids in the back, squabbling and bickering, the joys of caravan holidays!

Home, and a wet walk with Ollie, clad in all my wet weather gear.  I am just leaving my waterproof trousers over my boots, it's much easier to get them on and off and I will be in and out of them several times a day for the next few months!!  Realistically, probably until the end of March!

A fun filled chaotic afternoon in the craft shop getting the Christmas displays set up. It is quite a performance as the shop is open to customers at the same time, but we got a lot done so I shouldn't be needed for long tomorrow - fingers crossed!
