Venezia Collage

Not necessarily the best photographs taken today but a selection from the day.

The water level has returned to normal and the rain stopped, apart from one brief shower in the evening.

I walked many kilometres today, not least because I got lost at one point, and found myself at the bus station, so I took a vaporetto to return to near the hotel. My sense of direction had lived up to its reputation yet again.

The extra was taken this evening from the Accademia Bridge. The light streak is caused by a passing Vaporetto.
