The Paddy Fields of Burnley

Not really just a couple of runners washing their legs in a puddle after the mid Lanc's Cross Country in Townley Park at Burnley.

Not really XC weather at all, it didn't rain, snow or hail and it was actually quite warm when the sun shone. Not my best ever run today, I almost didn't run with the way my ankle felt while I was warming up but after a couple of miles it started to loosen up and feel a bit easier.
