Four Tendencies

I’ve really enjoyed reading this book. Gretchen Rubin outlines the 4 tendencies of people - upholder, questioner, obliger and rebel.

I’m an obliger, Jen is an upholder. It’s helped us both understand why each of us do certain things and react in ways that might seem odd to the other one.

It also shows why I struggles with questioners sometimes and find rebels so intersecting!
