Two Bridges
Kincardine (to the right) and Forth Road (to the left), taking in near 40 miles or, more impressively sounding, in new money - 63km. They were the easy bit.
Have come to conclusion that mountain bikes should probably stay on their mountains, and might not be best for keeping up with skinny-tyred bicycling blippers. Came in handy for some of the less cycle friendly cycle path sections though.
Was mighty fine company and conversation along the route, though puffing out a lung restricted the flow of conversation to one direction at times (not the boy band), and was good to take a strained part in the current world record hub shot. Now there's a challenge for you blipping bikers out there...
Cheers to all who came along for the ride, epsecially Scobes for his supply of jelly babies and EcoDad for gallantly hanging back and geeing me along on those b@st@rding climbs.
Big thanks to Insto for organising a fine autumn's day out and his good lady for the rolls and sausage and mugs of tea and coffee.
