Wedding Cake Off

Twelve days to go and I have finally found time to start on the baking - well, I made the fruit cake last month and it has been maturing.
Twelve inch cakes are a bit tricky as they don't fit on the cooling rack! I made them one at a time and rotated them across various racks and they seem OK. Glad that bit is done.
Next week the icing and decorating - much more fun!
Some great news also, Gilly and Graham have new jobs in Cornwall, starting in February ! Wow! Can't wait to visit already!
