Before & After

One set of photos is high tide on the whitesands, Dumfries ( at about 13.50). The other set of photos is the whitesands, Dumfries at sunset (16.40).

Been a busy day of data checking. Another rather sore day, feeling sick for most of the day with it. Mums friend E has just had the injection I'm waiting for and said to mum to tell me it will be ok, not to worry. Which was really nice of her as I have been trying not to worry, which is rather difficult.
