A momentary distraction

Actually I was quite glad to be writing today as it chucked it down with rain.  I've written nearly 6,000 words of my novel, but the website is a bit snotty.  It says at this rate I will finish on the 31st December.  A month too late!  Must write faster!  Unfortunately life has a habit of getting in the way.  And I did start a few days later than everyone else.
