MOT time....

....for the boiler.  Serviced and fitted with a new seal.  Boring blip but apart from 7 ladies for lunch (who devoured the bread and butter pudding with relish) it has been a fairly mundane day.
My boiler man is also going to send me a quote for revamping the bathroom.  I wait with baited breath!
