As Good As It Got

Out early this morning ahead of the anticipated rain and this was about the only bit of blue sky I saw. Looking towards the north east there was a little colour in the clouds too. It was rather blustery.

Low grey cloud soon moved in and stayed with us. The rain arrived at lunchtime.

Soup making again this afternoon - roasted butternut squash and red pepper. Yesterday was mushroom soup, four bags (eight portions) filled for the freezer.
