my denon cd player refused to open.
time to get a new one
new one arrived
the kindly Mister set it up
i took the old one into the kitchen to try and get the trapped CD out (Alice Coltrane), plugged it in for one last try before taking a knife to the tray.....
yes, yes, of course it was working....

anyway, in the course of sorting the new machine out the kindly Mister found this empty bottle of Daffy's gin that he'd been saving for me as an emergency blip.

best large with a smidge of tonic!
