A windy day in Greendale.

However, two loads of washing blowing on the line; post office, dry cleaners and cobblers all visited; unsuitable garments bought last week exchanged for more suitable ones; and lovely lunch with lovely friend - even lovelier as a £20 voucher saw off most of the bill. A bit of a wander about town, we were stopped at one point by two Germans on motorbikes who were looking for directions to Minto Street. Oh dear, the challenges of explaining how to navigate round the tram/road works and one way systems when schoolgirl German is not up to much and English is not the first language of recipients of said instructions. Needless to say, we watched them roar off only to spot them again a short while later going in completely the wrong direction...
