Standing Water

Walked around Cononley with Jeanneb53 today - a walk that will never be repeated - although we did get a good view of the Aire Valley still under water in places

The first couple of miles were uphill through running water and boggy land
Had to pass within feet of a bull - not easy when ones legs have turned to jelly
Had to run the gauntlet of 4 dogs - one being a rottweiler
Had to climb gates because they were padlocked
Had to jump off a wall because a stile had no steps to aid descent
The walk details were not clear at times.

Now time for a hot bath and a look at last nights Strictly before the last performance of The Invisible Man - and then we party.
