Hospital stairs

A family member in the hospital (nothing serious thank God). I decided to walk up the stairs to his room on the 8th floor. Once I got there I was told that he was out of surgery on the 1st floor. Down the stairs again. And when I got down I was to to go and wait in his room on the 8th floor. Up the stairs again. Somewhere on this route I stopped to take a photo. Perhaps because I needed a break or because I thought there was a nice interplay of lines by the light, the rail and the glass...
