Sunny Run

Teenager and I started the day with the Parkrun at Vogrie. He was volunteering and was one of the time keepers. They have 2 just to be on the safe side! I was running.
Headed home after and then my turn to volunteer - making the bacon rolls at our coffee morning.
Needed a rest after that.
